Their bullshit is bullshit; our bullshit is real

Yeah.  The US Conference of Catholic Bishops has issued a warning to their flocks to avoid Reiki therapy (which is based on “balancing energies” or some such folderol).  The USCCB is worried that Reiki “lacks scientific credibility.”  So let me get this straight…a prayed-over cracker becomes the actual, honest-to-goodness corpse of God when you eat it, only if you pump your stomach immediately thereafter you’ll never find any flesh, only some semi-digested starch, but this isn’t tantamount to cannibalism.  THIS makes sense, but Reiki sounds iffy to you?  I can’t decide which is crazier, this or the Pope warning people away from witchdoctors.
