		<description>You&#039;ll have nudge a lawyer, but since it&#039;s a moot and inoperative provision I doubt the legislature wants to deal with it any more than the law that says women drivers in Sault Ste Marie Michigan have to be proceeded by someone waiving a red warning flag.  The thumpers will get bounced by the district court, and the appellate court won&#039;t hear it.</description>
