Kathryn is also the author of the bookÂ Quiverfull: Inside the Christian Patriarchy Movement.

Death of an Atheist. You here a lot from religious folk about how there are no atheists in foxholes and that in the face of death nonbelievers cry for help from the Almighty. Don’t believe it. Atheists can (and do) die with dignity and can even do good after they’re gone.
